1. What are Event Tents?

Event Tents are the perfect large-scale marketing medium to get noticed at festivals, conventions, trade shows and more. They are printed using a superior quality dye sublimation process. They include 4 fabric panels that can feature up to 4 different designs (one for each side). Each panel is sewn together and set up on a 10’ x 10’ aluminum pop-up canopy tent. Please note: The Tent Fabric material comes in white only.

2. How do I setup my Event Tent file?

Text and graphics should be placed at least 0.5" from the edge of the cutline for safety. 4over will professionally hand sew the panels together. Ensure you have 0.5" bleed on all sides of your artwork. Do not add crop marks..

3. Can I use different artwork for each side/panel?

Yes. You have the option to upload up to 4 different designs. If the same image will be used for all four panels you will need to upload it for each side/panel.

4. Is the tent difficult to set up?

The frame is designed to easily pop-up and can be set up in less than 10 minutes. We recommend at least two people be involved. Please see the instructions link. Click to Enlarge.

5. What are the shipping weight and dimensions of an Event Tent?

Event Tents ship in two boxes. One box contains the hardware which weighs 40lbs and measures 63" L x 10.5" W x 10" H. The other box contains the printed tent material which weighs 12lbs and measures 25" L x 19" W x 2.25" H.

6. How can I maintain my Event Tent?

We recommend cleaning with a soft moist cotton cloth, mild dishwashing liquid, and lukewarm water to rinse. Do not use any harsh abrasive or petroleum type cleaners. Clean and dry each side before storing.

7. Can I remove the printed fabric from the frame?

Yes. The fabric is separate from the frame and can be removed.
