1. What are Aluminum Heavy Duty Signs?

Aluminum Heavy Duty is printed on a sturdy, rust-proof 0.08” aluminum for maximum outdoor durability. Most commonly used outdoors, although functional indoors as well. Common uses include: parking signs, traffic signs, factory and warehouse notifications, directional signage and more.

2. How do I set up my Aluminum Heavy Duty file?

Ensure you have 0.5" bleed on all sides of your artwork. Do not add crop marks.

3. What color are the Aluminum Heavy Duty Signs?

Our Aluminum Heavy Duty Signs contain a white surface on both sides.

4. Are there any finishing options available?

Yes. We currently offer the following options: 3/8" Drill Hole with hole placement 1 inch from each corner, Round or Straight Corners, Contour Cuts and 5/8" X 1" Stand Off hardware.

5. Can I use the Aluminum Heavy Duty Signs outdoors?

Yes. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications

6. Are there any mounting options available?

Yes. 5/8" X 1" Stand Off hardware is available, but be sure to select "drill hole options" so that the hardware can be installed.

7. What sizes are offered for Aluminum Heavy Duty Signs?

Sizes offered range from 4" X 4" - 46" X 36"

8. How are the Aluminum Heavy Duty Signs Printed?

UV cured inks are used to print directly on to the surface of the Aluminum making the product last longer outdoors.
